Wickerbottom's Applied Horticulture should grow all berries/stone fruit in the on screen radius it has always had, while having the 10 plant limit only for crops. I understand it would be too strong for this new farming update if Wicker could just grow ALL the crops instantly, and I think the new adjusted recipe is very much deserved, but only 10 plants at all makes the book very useless for the other larger scale food source the book is used for; berry farms. If I wanted to focus primarily on growing a ton of crops, I'd go Wormwood, not Wicker. Few things tho: - tending plants crashes the server - you cant fill cans at the ocean (you can from ponds) - the composter seems real jank right now, sometimes it says spin, other times harvest But I know yall are in beta still, but so far things look really promising. A few things I'm hoping for: - a water trough for easier water gathering when it rains - Wormwood's crops getting benefits, or possibly new crafting recipes. I just need to find out if it's gonna be viable for us to have what we plant as a main food source, cause in the previous farming system two thirds had to be fed to the bird for it to be sustainable.
