Hi I've gone through this first link and I don't think I'm receiving any points on my account, nothing shows up and every time I click the link I get the "Do you want to claim this reward?" Page as opposed to the others where I get the "You have already claimed this reward" page

@JoeW Hi Joe, I've clicked as well the "Thanks for signing up! Feel free to follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Claim Reward" but nothing happened - aka I didn't get an additional 1700 points even though a message claiming I received a reward was displayed post-click.

As I said in your direct message, you definitely received the 1700 points. We're still looking into whether you're not seeing them because you already spent them, or because there's some problem with the accounts website preventing you from seeing it. Yorman or I will let you know once we've got that worked out. Try logging into the rewards page using another browser. For me, Chrome did not update the total amount of spools after I clicked on the links You can even click on the links again using another browser to see if the rewards will grant you the free spools correctly.

Not sure how fast twitch rewards will be added... If possible it would be awesome to have at least half of them available so we can spend points on the ones we want to get the most and the rest later on. I really want Star Caller Staff skin.... Waiting like a year at current pace feels impossible

Did you check the new transaction history page? It shows you got the 1700 points, and also what you spent them on. If you think a particular transaction is in error please reach out to support with details.

this is kinda old, but i still feel like this is an incredible idea that should be getting more attention  really sad i missed things like the klaus beefalo hat and that glass eyebrella ive been "eyeing" on since i was actually able to link my twitch properly with my klei account to get rewards. it's been, pretty much, as inactive as a rewarding system can get and even just updating it with new items and adding small ways to get more points would be delightful to the people who missed their favorite drops and would love another chance to get them. thanks for reading
