I've heard they are, but I'm certain it's a glitch, as right after you kill the hulk it explodes and the head drops right where it died.

The dirty one is propably a prototype and the second one is used in the Hulk fight.

I'm pretty sure that they are in fact scattered at random places on the map when it is killed.

What do you mean console name? The prefab is "telebrella"

Edit: If your a dumb dumb like me I looked in DLC0003 instead of base game since Wagstaff was added in base game.
