It was bound to happen... when i searched for crab king and I found the island a few screens away... I KNEW THEY WOULD ATTACK MY BOAT AS SOON AS I STARTED THE FIGHT Klei please, make crab king spawn at least 200 tiles away from the moon quay island or (if it's not implemented, i don't know because they came as soon as i socketed the last gem) make the monkeys not attack while you're mid fight... That was a nice CC pub run... got lucky with 4 tusks. And I had ways to resurrect, but i was not gonna go through the hassle of building another boat in the middle of summer, searching for another raid, getting rid of the curse and recovering my things... As a result, there were only 3 of us left, so votes could fail 2 to 1. Because this guy was so rude, I voten 'no' on every vote just to poke the bear. And he completely lost his marbles. While this was going on, someone was secretly burning our farms down, causing 4 people to leave in frustration. The actual griefer wasn't suspected because he was otherwise an honest player that has been there since the earliest days. Previously, we had a pretty deep and throughout conversation about refreshes and the lore, so I thought we were on good terms. Turns out that didn't matter though, because he was trying to frame me now. Luckily, people trusted me more than they trusted him, but they still trusted him too much. Once the last guy left, he burned the entire base to the ground, because 3 people isn't enough to start a kick vote. Dude had an entire villain monologue lmao Wortox and I didn't give him the reaction he wanted, so he just left after this message. Now everybody has left, it is just me There was an attempt at rebuilding, but it is a mere shell of its former self... No one joined to keep the server afloat. And the few who did, would leave within a day or so, despite my hardest attempts to be the friendlyest chap around, giving them anything they needed. And summer was approaching, nobody ever joins during summer... In the end, the Wolfgang won. The server didn't die in a scream, but in a whimper... At first it was competition, but we began having secret meetings in the woods were we gave eachother good recource locations, traded items and discussed our business, and we sort of banded together and started a company were we shared our riches.
