The sillier Hallowed Nights costumes received a spot in the game year round but not the less crazy Challenger set of skins. The decision making behind Event rarity skins becoming official year round skins would be quite interesting to know. (RIP Chinese New Year skins. I would love Distinguished versions of you to use year round.)
