Edit: And after all the speculation about the emojis last patch, does the `;)` here mean that you are sure you've fixed it with less side-effects than the last duplication bug? Or that you're just waiting for us to over-analyze the use of emojis? (or that the bug was much easier to squash than the gaseous duplication bug?)

Man, I'm so disappointed I won't be here for launch (will be somewhere without any internet for a week :'( )

How about a way to turn of certain info messages ?

 

Or just start with a (temporary) max level for our duplicants.

[Changing the maximum level if the skill tree changes isn´t a great deal. But having x notifications without any purpose just to annoy me(and maybe others aswell) isn´t a good temporary state.]

Ladders can't be built over Drywall anymore Drywall can't be built behind ladders anymore.

Um, this may need some more work.

  • Heavi-Watt can't be ran across ladders.
  • Accidentally running a ladder into my Insulated Tiles is just evil.  It's basically an automatic vacuum/heat breaker.
  • No more wallpaper for ladders.  Tempshift works though.

Sorry, the wallpaper concern was wrong.

  • They're also apparently transferring heat like they were full tiles?

 

One of those is user error, the other 3 are indeed frustrating.

I don't disagree that a accidentally running a ladder into existing tiling is a user error.  I happend to like that I couldn't do it accidentally!  Ladder to tile, sure, no big accidents.  Tile to ladder?  Not really a fan, personally.  Maybe just 'protect' insulated tiles, so we have the ability to protect our ourselves from our own stupidity?

Please revert :( It's more annoying than helpful and broke horribly many things including building anything in space (since you disallowed drywall behind buildings in the tile layer.. which to this day is also awful)

Same thing happens if you put a wire through a natural tile forgetting they'll dig the tile out and ruining your natural water tanks. We can't expect to have our hands held that much, imo.
