Nobody has stopped you from expressing anything, they're just expressing their own opinion by disagreeing. Klei literally added spools as a way for those not wanting to spend a cent in the entire game to get Wortox. 2700 spools is laughable and definietly getable since the Drop rates were buffed up to 9000 2. People like Klei because unlike most companies they do user-friendly decisions, EA would already make at least 20 DLCs for this multiplayer game. Just because their strategies are good, that doesn't mean people shouldn't praise their actions. Good companies making good marketing and high user happiness are the most successful 3. Indeed, toxic behav towards opinions ain't exactly something cool, but its the internet, its literally an endless fight 'who has the right opinion' 4. As for the character himself, I'll wait until he launches to make any final decisions, but just looking at it on paper, err, screen... Ehh. The souls mechanic sounds interesting, though by the sound of it it's only there to heal, feed, and give him a free lazy explorer, and the half sustenance from food is basically just Wolfgang's 2x hunger drain, which isn't an issue. Well, I suppose I was somewhat overzealous when making the post, and fair point, people should have the ability to express their own opinions... just like we're both doing My intent was not to bash others on their opinions, it was mainly to emphasize what I believe is good about the update. Whenever I post something, I tend to skew towards the dev's perspective, because I know it can be frustrating to read nitpicks and "better ideas" all day while no one notices and/or looks at your piece the same way you yourself do. I know they're a company, but companies are run by people, nonetheless, and people usually take criticism better when it's wrapped in noticeable understanding of the work and an argumentative approach to the perceived problem, not just shallow "it's bad i don't like it". Sure, you can call that criticism, but it's not very constructive... And given the fact my first comment has garnered such a discussion, I'd say it's in no way blocking anyone's ability to question and counter-argue.
