Brubs Posted September 11, 2020 Share Posted September 11, 2020 More Moon themed base building on pub! This is some kind of Maxwell and Wickerbottom corner. Books and materials on the scaled chest, as well as many Codex Umbra simulating to be on top of the Stage Hand. I dislike the Flingo's cosmetis but safety comes first! That's why i hid it behind some statues. It is also totally safe to summon wood choppers as Maxwell and they won't immediately run to chop the Lunar Trees! As always, any advice/tips are certainly welcome (still feel like it's missing something, and I'm not sure what to do about the midsection). The cork barrels are there so I can unbundle/bundle the crock pots when I switch to/from Warly, since DS has character-specific items get entirely deleted when you switch to someone else. But I wanted to add, when I first saw you do that I sort of had an epiphany, and I want to actually congratulate you on being so bold where I wasn't. Unfortunately at the moment there isn’t a lot of decorative content that I would love to have in the game. Sometimes you have to think outside the box and get creative and make up your own versions of the things that you want- but don’t exist. There isn’t any “indoor” plants or furniture in DST that has the height I feel a lot of my builds need to have. Nor is there a pot to plant the bushes/trees in (excluding the winters feast planter). So for now, ignoring all logic, plants on wood/carpet is my only option when I want to add greenery to my “indoor” style builds. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
