I mean, kiting as a mechanic shouldn't exist in a videogame in which you can barely kite unless you're hosting. Also, it's way too confusing for new players. Now, an obvious route to fix this would be to make the player deal 50% less damage with each attack after dodging each attack (So, if you don't kite you always deal 100%, but it halves each time you dodge an attack. This would reset every time you get hit.). Now, now, if some player is actually good enough to never get hit, every 10th time they dodged an attack they would automatically die. If after getting resurrected they would keep kiting and die from 10-times-kiting, they would have all their items destroyed upon death. Well, if they would still insist on kiting after that, they would get perma-banned from DST and their Klei account deleted. They would also get ISP-blocked from the forums and Don't Starve reddit. Its also eady to find 3 stones for a hammer, kill 4 moles, feed em to PK and make an alchemy for golden tools. But according to Fandom Wiki for Boards, there is a total of 62 different Items/Structures in DS/RoG/SW/HAM/DST which require Boards. Also, Boards burns way longer than Twigs. So if there more items ingame and in any dlc which require Boards & Boards has a way bigger fuel value, then Boards must be O.P., aren't they?
