Wilson is now balanced with other people. A sample size of 28 is extremely small. I don't remember how to figure out what the number is for the data to have a good chance of being accurate but I wouldn't be surprised if it's 4 or 5 digits.

well the more you go the more accurate the data. And it also depends on the % of the event you're getting sample for, for a ~1/12 chance like here I don't think you need a huge samplesize for relevant data. But obviously a lot more than 28

Since they're Heirloom skins, you can unravel them for just enough spools to weave any other Costume skin you want

you can unravel it for the same amount of spools that the wortox skin costs

Am i crazy or was this not a thing at the launch of the event?

thats why i made a whole fuss trying to trade my carrat warly for wormwood lol... I distinctly remember not being able to weave any of the new costume sets

Don't confuse the weavable and heirloom skins - if you unravel the heirloom skins, you can use the spool to create the weavable one, but those aren't heirlooms, only unravel to 1/3rd of the spool cost, and can't be traded.

I don't know the details but it wouldn't surprise me if the heirlooms launched a bit sooner due to Steam market integration, and the weavable ones launched only with the release.
