Same deal with me.  I wanted the Wanda clockwork skin but got WX-78's rook skin instead.

I think karma punished me. I dislike Walter by a lot and got his bee skin. So I unravel it as soon as it came out of the chest.

Literally got the same, Wolfgang from logging in and traded items and got Wanda skin, will see what my luck will be tomorrow, since i didn't want to trade everything at once.

I wrote that reply when the biggest single anomaly (wilson not included) was 3 votes against 1s, 2s and 0s. And then there was wilson with 7 votes, so my intuition was that it's not equally distributed. It was 7/28 votes for 1/18 characters.

I know it wasn't a big data sample, and also am aware of the fact that you probably can't get a skin for character you don't own.
Still... seemed unlikely.
