Maybe when the Pelican came, Meritursas picked it up and sped away. Maybe the Pelican destroyed the boat and they were all dead. They swarm him and carry him up to the leviacan's head, dropping him there to save for later (but not before pecking at him furiously). Two nose holes can be seen that drop down into the inside of the creatures beak. An entrance! The ship is directly below, but it's a very long drop. Instead he picked up the Markless creature and turned him slightly to the left then the right before looking at him at eye level. He decided that since rapid hugging cause this Colossal Markless creature to eat them maybe this could be the solution to both the problems!. He grabbed one by the ankle, and shoved it in his mouth hole, quickly devouring it. That'll show em who's boss. Gyx then peeked down the nose hole and saw... The boat?! Well maybe write in his journal about the fact that this beast can be summoned by rapid hugging leading to one eventual death, or so he assumed. Perhaps they were being transported instead? Or...Was this the ultimate hug? What ever it is he'll have to save his theories for later. They then heard the sound of thumping. Whatever fell, it was climbing up the boat. Two wet, green hands gripped the decked, and pulled itself up, revealing it was simply Gyx. His dog was in the water with one of the most ugliest Tursai to live. While Otto had its attention, he jumped off the boat, hopped off Meri's back, and into the water to get his dog. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Angelle was scared stiff.
