If you could time travel like Wanda...

Recommended Posts

... when and where would you choose to be, in the world before the Constant? How do you think that would affect the timeline?

I think the obvious decision would be to hide the Codex before William Carter gets his hands on it, or try to save the survivors from being pulled into the constant, but that could mean that you would get trapped instead.

Other than than any major timeline affecting events, I'd love to witness Wigfrid's performances, help Willow when she was struggling with homelessness, spend time with Webber so he isn't upset with his father, maybe even prevent Abigail from dying.

I would save Abigail and try to delay maman Angeline's dementia development as much as possible, which would probably mean Wendy and Warly wouldn't be trapped in the constant. In particular, I would open portal after Abigail fell from the cliff but before she touched the ground, and make sure twins understood that only time travelling technology saved one of them, so Abigail wouldn't be that reckless. As for maman Angeline, I would travell from the future where people can cure/know for sure how to prevent dementia, and in case of failure I would remove grammaphone from the house to at least save Warly.

As for being observer, I would travell in times just before tragedy of ancient civilization and learn what exactly happened, same for Hamlet world and times of ancient pig ruins/aporcalypse calendar construction. This could give an idea of what to do long after corresponding events to free surviviours from the Constant and save Hamlet pigs from red full moon forever.

I mean...just having time travel irl?

First order of business: arguing with myself over what 'time travel' is due to being fairly convinced that any form of time travel beyond preserving something into the future is literally impossible. But with that crisis over:

Two: rig the stock market, reinvest the money into flashlight development, then steal all of the new super-high-power-flashlights.

Three: Collect flashlights all in one place, wire them together and connect to a power supply. Go forward in time to check that no damage occurs to them. Go back, set a time portal link in front of the flashlight output.

Four: Flashbang any Shadows that dare to show themselves, organize days where I just watch myself from like 10 different days sleep in one place.

Five: Immortal now. Time is an illusion. Do everything.

Live long enough to see myself become the villain.

speedrun finding rubies and clockpieces

Afterwards, basically become god and create multiple timelines until I get tired of it, in which case I just wait until I lose burnout. tldr: undertale but on steroids in real life

You can basically manipulate time to your will as Wanda, and with controlling time comes a heckload of trolling and shenanigans with matter (i.e. duplicating anything, if I can carry things while travelling)

Order cake. Eat cake. Go back in time before I ate the cake. Eat cake. Repeat till I end up in the hospital or cemetery.

but if you go back in time before you ate the cake, you wouldn't have eaten it in that time. your body would reset to being cakeless

therefore, you wouldn't have any ill effects from eating too much cake

Isn't Wanda's body separate from everything else?

If we’re talking real life I would go back to a time where I was with the girl I never stopped loving & during that time period my heart was hers & hers was also mine, and even though I met this girl during what has quite possibly the worst point of my life.. I’d relive everything that happened to me all over again just to have a little more time with her. (Aww how sweet Valentines Mushy love stuff.)

If we are talking strictly gameplay wise, I time travel all the time whenever I die and then choose to Roll the Server back to a previous save point.

Go back to the time when Klei decided to stop the Ancient Gateway arc abruptly, threaten them to continue that arc instead.

My only complaint is the gardening music.  It's so annoying that I refuse to play Wormwood anymore for that reason alone

But overdosing is the best part of eating cake! These time travelling powers are a sham!
