Yeah, that's Big Birchnuts Together, which, along with Evergreens 2gether, is an old-arse mod that amazingly, with all the changes to the game since they were made, still works! Like, Winter's Feast wasn't even a thing when it was written, and yet the mod isn't like "OMG THAT THING IN THE POT IS ALSO A TREE MUST MAKE HUGE": and crashing the game no, it's just fine. (It was updated last on December 30 2016, but the first Winter's Feast would've kicked in several days _before_ that...) There's also uber-tall twiggy trees; I'm not sure which mod does those, but they do happen. Oh, and yeah, you do get more logs from the bigger trees. I think the biggest ones give NINE logs and ten if you shovel the stump...which at that point is twice as wide as you! More cones/birchnuts too, but I'm not sure exactly what the pattern was. I do know that I got _three_ birchnuts off a full-sized birch tree I chopped down yesterday...and it wasn't even fall! Anyway. PICTURES! New Year's Crimbo loot! And to make the picture even better, _just_ as I opened the present, Kitty decided to WUB up on me AAAA SO CUTE. (The kitty's name is Charmander, because I figured Willow would name her black cat something to do with charring. ;)) I pose serenely with the loot all spread out while Charmander sticks her tongue out at the camera washes herself. (And speaking of getting item skins as presents, I got that crockpot one on literally my ACTUAL birthday, so I kinda count that as Charlie/The Game's present to me. :)) "Willow and the Rain-Cat", this spring from Studio Ghibli! You wanna know why I use these mods? THIS is why I use these mods! Forests look more like proper _forests_ when the trees are WAY bigger than the character, not just a little. Also, I think I planted these on the same day as #teamtrees, in real life. XD Another sneak preview shot of "Willow and the Rain-Cat". This is the Cherry Forest mod, by ADM. See, I'd been using this for a while _before_ I busted out the old Big Trees mods, and at default size this (the foreground tree) is how tall the cherry trees get, so I was already kinda used to it. NOTHING could prepare me for _entire screenfulls_ of LEAF! however. XD Oh, and also I was being chased by hounds at the time, so this picture isn't as peaceful as it looks. : P (sings) 'Cause the gaaaang's, all, here! Chester, the bird, Charmander, and I picked up a new buddy in the Cherry Forest! (The "Shelter Tree" (I always keep one in camp to help with rain/shade) reset down to its smallest size several days ago and has now regrown to just _slightly_ bigger than the game's standard full size. Bear in mind, those other pictures were from days 40/41.) Also notice the Winter's Feast tree is more decorated! ~~Siii-lent niiight...~~ I caught this one somehow at EXACTLY the right moment--just as it was _going_ dark but not all the way there. Willow's all tucked away in her snowfallen duds (and a horned football helmet : P), Charmander is right in the middle of stretching before curling up to sleep, and Cherryface...Cherryface stayed there and made a light on me all night. Take THAT, Charlie! (I think it's because I fed it some good fruit right beforehand.) ...also when I woke up there was of course a present under the tree. This has been my Tale of a Springtime Christmas. (bows) P.S.
