Dumb question but does any kind of umbrella or eyebrella mess with this ability ?

Great question tbh.

And nope! The only thing it checks for is that it's currently day time.

"Photosynthesis" is it my heal in the sun idea?

Please take that ideias that I just posted in consideration:

https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/149590-other-ideas-to-the-current-skill-treescomplete-wormwood-skill-tree-rework/

I also made a post suggesting  replacing the petal power with the photosynthesis and now I'm really regreting it because when I made the post, I had not realized yet that skill actual power.

Support Pillars:

  • Alignment changed to match a 2x2 group of walls (previously 3x3), and can now be centered within a tile.
  • Now that Support Pillars are functional, other “structures” will no longer block cave ins.

Based, in total big fix to previous updates (when crafted pillars skins? OuO)

About changes to Woodie - can we prevent dashing into followers when using charge? I mean, not hurting them, as Woodie can have bunch of followers for a bit longer as half-hidden perk, and it gets in the way when something still follows me and I need to charge for any playable reason.

Changes not mentioned in patch notes:

  • Saladmander followers are now limit to 2 (previously 3)
  • Carrat followers are now limited to 4 (previously no limit)
  • Bulbous lightbug followers are now limited to 6 (previously no limit, I think)
  • Saladmander followers now have 400 hp (down from 900)
  • Attacking Wormwood's followers now dismisses them and leaves their respective crop behind (this wasn't a thing before, right?)

Might be more, that's just what I've found so far.

Guhh... why am I not allowed to just have Saladmanders not follow me and just roam around the Constant like the cute little buggers they are? Why Klei... why...

@V2C@JoeW Is it possible to get insight on the design philosophy for this update? Just knowing why would ease my (and maybe others) concerns with the fundamental idea of this update.

That's way too much nerf. Give him back at least 3 saladmanders (number 3 is really cool number!) or give them back their full health. That's wayy too much nerf.

My hardwood hat suggestion made it in!!
It protects from falling debris! I'm so stoked.

Is this confirmed!? I was so sad not seeing it in the notes but this was one suggestion that i thought 100% should be implemented!

  • Increased the planar defense granted by Weremoose mastery.
  • Decreased the physical damage dealt by Weremoose mastery’s smashing punch.

Btw. is this mode "turn off brain and tank all damage"? Not sure if I like it. (don't dare nerf it any further >_< )

I am so deeply confused, if people bought wormwood to be a challenging dlc character who couldn’t heal through eating foods, why are we getting perks that lessen this challenge such as just healing by being in Sunlight?

Am I missing something here??

It’s a nerf from the previous perk of petal power which would give more healing if you just let the petals rot and healed with them that way. It’s kind of iffy but you don’t really need to do anything to achieve it since you already wanna be in a bloom

March of time, i think its a cool perk for getting early living logs, and definitely doesnt do anything for my lights out runs lol.

But i think its great for more casual players of wormwood, if i can avoid the perk i might, but itd be REALLY convenient for babys first bramble husk

Darksword DPS while tanking is is: 156.9
Moose DPS while "tanking" aka not getting hit what would interrupt your combo and not lead to 3rd buffed hit is: 158

Now that you heal less you want to dodge more so you will less often miss on the 3rd hit since you might hit 2 or 4 or 5 times before dodging not reaching the 3rd 6th or 9th hit. resulting in actually less DPS than darksword.

But while tanking you'll be missing the hit too since getting hit resets your combo so actually you'll only sandbag harder than dark sword and there's no enemy like that.

Don't say moose is equal darksword, he's a bit worse.

Also Moose's dps examples in case you get interrupted after various amounts of hits

Interrupted on:

2hits: 119
4hits: 148
5hits: 142

Before he was about on par with dark sword

Also human attack swing speed is 0.4(3)s while moose's 0.5s. You're less likely to land that many hits on moose so very likely you will land the 3 or 6 hits less

The skill “Farm Hand III" has been replaced by the skill "Bramble Trap Specialist"

It is cool that they can not damage allies, but they still damage walls and fences. Possibly make it so they dont damage walls too? Would love to use Bramble Traps as a mob farming tool. Or maybe even Bramble Walls that are immune to Bramble Trap damage? Please?
