Took a break from forging to give my buddy a crash course in beefalo taming.  Before I actually started messing with it neither of us really thought it was worth the effort, but now we have like 6 of them wandering around in a field and we take them everywhere.

Some post-forge shenanigans to calm the nerves after a couple nerve-racking rounds of forge.

First a deerclops with beaver hands and wes faces for ice spikes.

Secondly, HIDDEN DLC?!?!?!

Yesterday I (lvl 48) played with really nice team on 75+ server. They wanted to do deathless and me to be Bookswell (Maxwell that only uses books).

I had that mage armor that gives you more hp. 

Durring Boarior Wolfgang derped and didn't face the lava and so Boarior's 3 hit combo pushed him into me. I got hit 2 times and from full health I went to 5 hp.

That's stressful

I had a great Forge match today. We didn't win, but it was one of the best and funniest games I ever had.

Can you imagine the pride that you feel when you finally manage to summon your minions with only a book?

Yep, it was a full random run and we had four mages. So I just went for the physical dps as Maxwell  

Furthermore, I was so lucky that I got Maxwell's "From the Shadows" (Deal a killing blow with his minions) today, which I managed to get in this match. I must say, this was the first quest (apart from winning the game) that I can be actually proud of. 

TL;DR: Go and play the Forge with random characters, because it's fun!

We still managed to kill the boarrior.

I got no idea what caused it but this has been the funniest thing I've ever randomly stumbled upon on this game.

After a long and tedious fight against Klaus I am rewarded with this... welp at least I got a cool little Broodling out of it.

EEEEEE it's an actual proper river and it's _so pretty_!  The mod's dev even thought to program reeds to grow by the riverbanks and everything!  (This is from the newer version of the "Thirst" mod, as are the red flower things there.) 

Although...WHY the beep didn't I cry or dance next to it* instead of swoon?  I could've made the worst best puns! 

Huh.  I guess poor Arthur Dent rabbit lost out on this one.  XD  (Also, like my aristocratic yet fluffy outfit?  Hee.)

Table here WAS part of the original "Starvania" Civ experiment, which I played as Willow, so...yeah, we kinda go back a ways.  Remember all those cozy nights of freaking the beep out of new arrivals?  Ah, such memories.

It's early December in real life and there's literally five inches of snow outside my house right now...but hey, SCREW IT, it's still Hallowed Nights!  XD  Put on your tree costume and lurk spookily next to a Jack-O'-Lantern, whoo!

(Actually it's vaguely possible there COULD be five inches of snow on actual Halloween where I live...ish...if (a) winter started really early and (b) I lived further up the mountains.  It DOES make a difference--the weather forecast always talks about "the benches" and "the valley floor" in the winter here, and the "benches" (outer, snobby areas of the town significantly higher up the mountains) always get at least like two more inches of snow than the valley floor, every time.)

*If I did the cry/sad emote near the river, I could say "Cry me a river!", and if I danced (especially if it was the step-dance!) I could say it's a "Riverdance".  And, last but not least, for you Doctor Who fans, if I had the carol emote, I could SING next to it, so, River Song.

Yeah, apparently that's why a new version was made?  It was fine for a while and then some changes to the game code happened that made bits of it unstable...I think.  The new one is called "Thirsty for Tea", so of course I haven't had a single drop of tea yet.  : P
