I wouldn’t actively only eat souls, but as a food source it can work well in a pinch if you don’t mind the sanity loss and you need something that’s consistent. You save time that you can use to make meaty stews than typing out efcnt. Next time just type efct, instead of fct, to save on letters typing out ft to say something is f.
