Dupes refusing to put on Snazzy Suits or Cool Vests or Comfy Sweaters until they have no other options for tasks. Maybe they need to be allowed to "operate" things? I recently had a dupe that refused to pilot a rocket and that was because she had "Operating" in priorities set to disallowed. This should send the dupe to the skill shaker immediately. I know the vacillator used to be in line with clothing where dupes wouldn't use it until they had nothing else to do (I lost several dupes to not realizing they finally got into it), but it appears Klei fixed it somewhere along the line. If the scrubber didn't get the same treatment, it would be the odd man out. Sometimes dupes don`t pick their clothes if you assigned them when they were sleeping. Might be a similar case here.
