How make bee stingers useful

Thorns frame: 10 stingers +1 rope and +1 papyrus. Create a thorns frame that can be applied to any armor. When some enemy hit the player, the enemy suffers a modest amount of damage (physical attacks only)

Barbed wire: By applying the thorns frame to 4 walls of any kind, you can transform those 4 walls into walls with barbed wire. Any enemy that begins to hit them take a modest amount of damage. (physical attacks only)

Tentacle spike: Now you can build. 1 tentacle spots + 1 thorns frame.

Thorns turf: A turf that damages any creature walks on it with a modest amount of damage: a Cobblestones turf + 1 thorns frame

We also add the traps with stingers that already exist on the Workshop.
And here the stingers will magically become an object of which it will be difficult to do without.

Nit sure if all those new props would pass the test, but I like to see new ideas.

I especially like barbed wire and thirn frame.

There could also be a new explosive Beenade. 40 stingers with 4 nitres and 1 phlegm (why not) give you 4 grenades with large radius that shoots bunch of stingers in all directions ; modest amount of damage! And Klei, very important, the stingers are destroyed on impact, thx.

Also, possibly these?: 
Stinger Bomb - like the bee bomb but it shoots out stingers for damage. An advanced version could use poison. 
Mosquito Trap - papyrus+stingers+honey - attracts and potentially kills the mosquito menace.

Yes, the Bramble Trap has splash, which is nice. Tho it needs Living logs...

I suggest a spiked bat which acts similarly to the Hambat but has durability like the Glass Cutter or even the Cork Bat

I do see we  could spam Living Logs with Wormwood...

I see a nice synergy between Wortox providing heals, or Wicker farming Honey Poultices for him.

As much as I hate Wormwood, it seems like he'll be great for killing Toadstools early on, together with a Woodie and a Wortox.

Wormwood makes living logs though, so it's not an issue.

Really, if there's going to be any way to cure disease, Wormwood would be a perfect candidate for teaching the survivors.
Maybe combine Booster Shots with something.
