Down the line, winona literally saves minutes and hours of actual playtime because she crafts faster, wilson is doing better in a season that poses no issue to a semi-experienced player whatsoever and gives a resource you basically never need. In group synergy, people would always want wynona because she actually helps contribute things to move along faster and more convenient. As for wilson, at the very most he'll give a resource that is, at best, slightly inconvenient to procure. So yes, if you are under the impression that wilson is competitive, winona certainly is. And because on the server I play we have "Drop items upon leaving" mod we always have a bunch of tapes just laying around the map or stacked in a chest. For now I'm having fun writing screenshot captions from her point of view, which somehow turned into her reporting as if she was a Starfleet engineer exploring this strange new planet. On a more serious note, I don't think she's bad. Not OP, but also not bad. I like the fast crafting, it's a nice perk. She isn't my main, but I do play her sometimes. Not often, as I usually play my favourite characters, but at least as often as Wolfgang, Wickerbottom, Wilson or Webber for example.
