Despite The SuperSecretLastCharactorYouGetForBeatingAdventureMode's great Sanity bonus and the fact that He/She/It spawns with items in the begining of a new world, This charactor needs another Buff to even out, especially since this charactor has the lowest Health of all the other playable characters. I do like the idea of this character being able to tame the Merms like Pigs.

I love the *new* Abigail,cannot wait to try Wendy out! Also looking forward to Wolfgang's mightynes stages art :) A few questions:Will character specific items (including balloons) have an icon on the map?Will Wendy's base damage be the same as Wes's? And did you lower her damage so she has to rely more on Abigail?

Some thoughts about Maxwell and his abilities right now and what could be improved - basically he has almost the same usefulness as Wickerbottom.

Interesting, I actually consider Maxwell on par with Wolfgang in terms of making the game easy. Don't have to think about the sanity bar at all. In the caves, it removes the most pervasive issue, nevermind the overworld. Don't need to worry about having a tam all the time. Never need to build a tent. Never have to hesitate to go through any number of wormholes. Can eat monster meat steaks once in awhile, no worries. Removes a lot of micromanagement issues. I feel like I get a lot more done faster with maxwell because I only need to maintain 2 bars, not 3. I think it'll be even more of a contrast with Wolfgang now that he's getting sanity weaknesses. That said, I'd still love to see him have an interesting ability that is 'active', and possession would definitely be interesting and active. I imagine he'd have to have a special item to do it though, and assuming he can't possess bosses, I'm having kind of a hard time imagining any case in which I'd really need to possess anything, especially if you could then only control the puppet, and had to leave his body behind. Very dangerous in winter. I think I'd rather be able to control Merms, as long as I can get all 4 from one house. Even better if Maxwell could 'replant' them somehow (and only maxwell).

You really don't need to call Maxwell secret character here. It's already been said a million times in this thread by others, including Kevin himself. It's not much of a secret anymore :(

Probably when his health changes the current percent health will stay constant. So the number will go down, but the meter will not change appearance.

That way healing as Wolfgang will be very annoying...Because healing at max mightiness and then reaching minimum mightiness will reduce the healing item effectiveness and vice versa healing at minimum mightiness ans then reaching maximum will increase effectiveness.This, can be exploited by having max mightiness at all times, and when you get really low health getting your hunger to go down to reduce mightiness, heal while at minimum mightiness and reaching maximum mightiness again will increase the healing value exponencially.And, become a drawback by healing at max mightiness and then reducing it and taking damage, all this and the increased sanity decay makes him kinda UP.My solution for this would be to have Wolfgang's MAX health to be always the same value (like say, 200?) and to give him natural damage mitigation proportional to mightiness level (wich can be negative if mightiness is too low) this way he will take lower damage at high migtiness and higher damage at lower mightiness, keeping his darkness/monster phobia and faster calorie burning (for balancing) and for the damage thing i think there's no problem, if keeping the damage bonus above 50% is not hard (so it actually is worth it).Right now he seem pretty UP, yeah, he needed a nerf but not one as drasticall (you made it so that his only perks can become a drawback and also gave him a negative one)Just some thoughs, all others look pretty balanced so far.

Maxwell's sanity rate is fine, but it should be lowered. His sword/armor perk is okay, wish it was something more interesting.I'm fine with the lower health though.(Psst Wendy sounds col)

Lower sanity doesn't really make sense when he regens it so fast. Maxwell's existing stats are fine. He just needs something extra to make him worth playing after his gear wears out.

I really don't see the problem with his sanity rate. Sanity on other characters isn't much of a problem. Maxwell's passive sanity rate just takes out the micromanagement of picking flowers or sleeping in a tent. Lowering it would also negate his ability to wield the dark sword with no penalty, his main weapon.

Going to love using Wendy even more now! Although, it will stink having to carry around a stack of bees for murder to summon her sister. And, how long is the wait to re-summon Abigail, and how long can she be out per period of time, and how good is that health regeneration? So many questions to ask...

Yeah, I know. Maxwell is not as interesting (perk/ability wise), other than his dialogue.I wish he had a different perk, alongside the sanity rate.I've been crossing my fingers for shadow hands, but I guess the ending of adventure mode debunks my idea completely. :/

You could carry a stack of butterflies instead.

another thing that debunks it is that Kevin already said what the perk was more than likely going to be.
