I was thinking they could replace “Limpets” that could be gathered in Shipwrecked- they would hide on rocks like limpets but when plucked would reveal to be these pebble crabs, they would still of course provide the limpet food resource, they would just require chasing down, attacking and killing instead of simply plucking it off the boulder and going on your merry way. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It appears it was either meticulously planned out from the start, or they nicked and removed everything that wasn't being incorporated before they packed it up and shipped it out. Also I also miss the Gorge, I really enjoyed the gameplay and tension. In addition to the fact that rounds were always kept short so even if you lost it wasn't a morale dashing blow like wasting spending 30 minutes in the Forge only to have everything go horribly wrong because it always goes horribly wrong. Spoiler ...I never won a single match in Re:Forge after the GFB was unlocked. Oh, I've managed to defeat the GFB several times, but that was after the Rhinocebros were added, so all of that effort went right out the window. I stopped playing quickly after that, because I knew that I'd never be able to win a match and I didn't have the time available to sink into the grind. Dunno if it's just me because the time of the change is oddly suspicious: Nothing special, just a renamed zip file, change the extension from .dyn to .zip and you're good to go! In addition to that dyn files are zip files that have been encrypted, so in addition to having to decompress the file, the game also has to decrypt it upon being loaded...so it doesn't really make much sense with the explanation brought forth. Also the build files for dyn are kept in a separate zip file in another directory and each build file is yet another zip file, instead of being clumped together in one snug file. Which adds yet another layer of decompression. You'd think powered Wurt would have a full horn but she still seems to have a chipped horn like a depowered merm. The balding of the back of the depowered merm is adorable.
