Looks like Mr. Skitz. He usually resembles a serpent creature. 

Just look at him, twiddling his fingers like he's got it all figured out. He makes cool mods though, I'll give him that.

I would, but you can't use the input box again after the correct password is inserted. To my knowledge, anyway.

Shadows into the light is just the name of the font used for the page.
