I'm figuring it will be an update for the base game.It'll probably be a mod like they did with the last time a "Daily Updating Picture" or "D.U.P" like what happened with the "All's well that's Maxwell" and at the end it turned to be a mod. Although this is the first time we know what the ingredients are.
