It still baffles me that eating is natural to him, even carnivorous plants don’t eat food, just dissolve it for vitamins. He has this immensely unappetizing quote for bananas, for instance: I'm pretty sure he thinks of it as a haircut when he harvests regrowable pickables, and all his quotes for harvested vegetables are things like "Thanks, dirt!" or "[description] for belly". We probably don't need to worry about convincing Wormwood that it's okay to eat fruits and vegetables.
