I don't see a reason why spiders shouldn't attack shadow chester, since he only changes appearance and get's a bigger inventory, so I'd assume he'll still get attacked by spiders. Never tested it though, since I usually use default chester as emergency packmule and occasional damage sponge. (The latter would be a big Nightmare fuel waste.) So you still wanna protect him, don't just leave him by a nest and watch him get mauled to death. There were at least 2 post of his in which advocated, in that really weird speech patter he had, blatant griefing (burning bunnymen huts, stealing spider-related loot others would farm more efficiently) when people pointed flaws he had. Also, if I remember well, he replied with some foul language in a thread people were rightfully criticizing his posts; and probably more. All in all a wonderful lad... am sure would be a pleasure to play on same server - not to be missed. Normally we just used another method that hid all their posts and banned them, because normal banning didn't hide anything, but now it spoilers their posts and adds big red threatening letters to show the person really is banned.
