If you look hard enough, Abigail kind of looks like an upside down head popping out from the top of the picture. The scarf is like a hat thingy, the top part of the furnace is a neck, and she looks like she has spiky hair.

No one else sees it? Just me? OK.

Abi.jpgWhy did i do this

And a sleeping kitty in the background, for extra cuteness!  Not to mention that cool crow.  (#crowequality)

Here's the best I can do on short notice:

Once upon a time, deep in a dark, mysterious forest, there was the Yule Maiden.  She strode the lands clad in a crown of holly and a fur-trimmed robe of green, her only companions a sturdy spear and her ferocious hunting cat.

One dark night, after a long day of  beating the crap out of spiders for silk protecting her local birch forest, the Yule Maiden decided to rest by a cozy warm fire.  So she posed there, her cat fell asleep and I took this picture the end.

:)

...Notorious

It totally is!  Once I really stopped and _looked_ properly at how she looks in that dress AND the holly wreath together, suddenly I realised how much she looks like a Rule 63'd Ghost of Christmas Present or something.  Or an anthropomorphic spirit of...winter forests*, I dunno.

Hence The Yule Maiden.  Heh.

...Notorious

*Which is kinda ironic considering this picture was actually taken in spring.  ;)

Actually now that I look at it is he doing a mating dance with that parrot?

And this is how the last thread I'd expect to lost the "family-friendly" tag. And it wasn't even my comment. Love you, Gid.
