After JoeW’s explanation about the differences of DST and Gorge/Forge.. I believe I can finally put together a Meme that properly describes his explanation-

Gorge & Forge are only enjoyable for a limited time, they require all of Klei staff to keep up and Maintain and if they do Gorge or Forge content they have to Stop making content for the Core Game in favor of this.

Meanwhile... This Is Don’t Starve Together permanent core content updates-

This only stops when Klei decides to completely stop doing updates to the game.
