Winning a fight against a hallucination that is going to kill you because you're so insane that HALLUCINATIONS ARE KILLING YOU restores enough sanity to stop hallucinations from killing you.

wut

You're basically overcoming your fear, so ti kinda makes sense.

One can resurrect oneself by touching a stone.

Resurrection in a completely different place.

Resurrection is a thing.

Durians growing out of a grounded plant.

Trees after dying, turn into young ones.

A seal being able to control winds and form a tornado.

But at what point are you too far gone. Someone in real life being attacked by hallucinations doesn't become a normal person by attacking them back.

Or picking up a ton of sea shells.

No one in real life goes insane by standing in the rain.

Like, come on.

Did someone already mention the fact that you can make what looks to be like a small eectro motor out of 2 pieces of gold and a few Cut Stones

Or how 1 big tree only drops 1 piece of Charcoal (Singleplayer).

Also sone boards, ropes and stingers creates what looks  like a bottle of glue what you  repair boats with. Also the fact that you repair boats that you drive on the Ocean with Glue.

monkeys that live somewhere that barely produces any food of their type except for one banana per tree

statues that change their faces based on the state of the ruins

butter

allied nightmare-ish beings named after chess pieces kills another ally of yours, that is, chester

chester

monkeys that turns into phantom monkeys, also based on the state of the ruins

butter

destroying the ancient pseudoscience station will trigger lightning, even though you're deeper than the mines

lobsters that are most probably made out entirely of rocks dropping a piece'a meat upon death

supposed hallucinations becoming actual enemies that aren't your hallucinations in the ruins

a statue that's shaped of a purple monstrosity literally drops a blue print to build a bell to release a giant, fat, foot-like sentient that has its brain atop of it that are, somehow, made out of said purple monstrosity

butter

maxwells statue not having any lips

the fuckin' ruins.

did i also mention butter?

Oh, I've got a whole headcanon theory about how the shadow/nightmare creatures work.  Mwahaha.

But I agree with most of the others.  : P  Maybe Maxwell is so frail because he spent a long time being worn out by shadow magic?  Or Wickerbottom is really badass.

Or both.

Some more...

--It takes FOUR logs to make ONE board, when you'd think it'd be the other way around. as the log is much bigger.

--Putting three rocks next to each other magically makes them into one, smooth, square, stone block.

--You need SCIENCE! to figure out how to tie a string to a stick.

--Earmuffs are apparently just two live rabbits on your ears.

--Live moleworms are perfectly fine with staying on your head to protect you from rain, and somehow turn into yellow rubber.

--No matter how long they've been in a Prestihatitator without being fed or even having _air_, the 4 rabbits it took to make it will always be FINE upon the machine's demise.

--Even at the point of DEATH, Wigfrid still won't eat her frickin' veggies!  (Unless you trick her by hiding them in a meatball.)

--Wes won't break character even to scream while being attacked.

--Mushrooms completely change, even _reverse_ their properties after being cooked.

--Tents and lean-to's magically disappear after a certain number of sleeps.

--Your character never, ever needs any plates, silverware, or even a surface to prepare their food on!

Etc.

...Notorious

As far as I know, there's no information as to that, one way or another.  (shrug)  At least, in the game itself.  If a dev has actually said somewhere in a documented way I'll accept that, same as how we know that Wilson's middle name is Percival.

...Notorious

I know we are talking about DS logic, but it's impossible to a being made entirely of rock move or do any organic thing(if you know what I mean). The meat only reveals that the rocks are just their natural protection, like turtles...or.....lobsters

1- Dork magician decides to abduct everyone who has the same initial letter as his name

That actually explains why all character names begin with W. I thought it was just a quirk, but that makes sense.

That also reminds of the John Cusack movie Identity

Spoiler

where a serial killer hunts people who all share the same birthday.
