[Poll] Gauging Opinions on Willow's Refresh

I like polls to get an idea of how people feel about changes to characters like Wheeler or Winona, so here's one for the Willow refresh.

i think question 1 need a better phrasing.... give an option for the people that are somewhat satisfied... cuz it builds up with question 2

Not a fan of question 2, I’m ok deviating from DS Willow, but biggest problem is not having enough unique about her. that looking at all the characters people would say, I usually have more than logs, and thermal stones already do part of Bernie’s job, so I’ll pick a character with harder to substitute perks.

I think question 2 offers pretty much every possible alternative in a general sense.. Not specific ideas

From what I see u are in 2.. Option 4 category

It’s impossible to put everybody’s unique Willow rework ideas into a poll like this, there’s so many I’ve seen and they are all so creative! From giving her a charge to unique fire/explosive based weapons... Seriously, I couldn’t think up this kinda thing if I tried.

Having to choose between liking and disliking new Bernie, I choose like because he does open new doors.

I choose liking the current lighter because I prefer the easier cooking with easy recrafting over the original, although I wouldn’t be upset at the original or a combination.

I like new bernie because it allows for willow to be more of a sanity management character which is cool and easily farm the heck outta nightmare fuel, and yeah invulnerability all the way!

I haven’t seen many complaints about the new Bernie, he looks great, plain and simple. Some people are a bit concerned about the focus on Bernie as opposed to Willow. Either way, I look forward to testing him out in May

its not that i don't like Bernie its that its only Bernie just give her some combat fire ability and or make the lighter a comparable alternative to a lantern

A lighter is not gonna make Willow better and asking to make it as good as the lantern is simply not gonna work 

Some combat perks I agree with... I'm not entire on board with fire immunity cuz to me it seems very situational and kinda anti togetherness...

If this game continues to have characters that offer absurd perks which make the challenge in this game insignificant, I'm out. Wickerbottom already killed the game for all my friends. We need nerfs for most characters and semi-good perks, no invulnerability and a lighter that has infinite fuel and can cook.

i was saying that maybe she could do more damage to burning opponents giving her lighter a solid synergy

How many times are u really gonna use fire to kill creatures?

... I think is best to focus on perks that she can use against all enemies... 

My problem with the fire focus niche is that then it comes.. "Pls make the drops don't turn to ash" ... Which is simply nonsense... If you want the fire than u want the loot to ashes too

My opinion on the matter. I think Willow was a playable character before the new update, but all of her new changes are aimed at improving. So I don't see anything wrong with that. Not all characters have to be strong

well theres not much else you can do with fire other than burn creatures

the question is do we want a Wendy 2 or a unique character that plays differently and has a different mindset than just sit and use a minion to work for you

I think that the devs don't want perfect balance.. They already said this before.. Instead a different experience which each one of them.. To stand out on their own
