Tapirus said the Gorge part. The game itself don't have to be updated just to change the drops, since the gifts we get is determined by Klei's servers, only those have to be updated/changed. Well, I'm not sure about PS4, because I play on PC, but there they drop and honestly I don't see any reason why would it be different for the consoles. I hope I'm right. As @fimmatek pointed out, the drops are determined by our servers that we can update without changing the game client. Usually we update both at the same time when new stuff is showing up. A user on twitter pointed out that the description in The Treasury is out of date and incorrect though. I’m sorry to say that the contents of the chests are actually generated when you get them, not when you open them. So, unfortunately, they won’t have anything new in them. You're right, but I feel that Ohan made the post trying to say: "There's no reason for freak out or start a little chaos because the devs don't put chests in a event (who started 5 days ago) for now, independently of why this happened." Dont care about the pumps, but I got some fairly good drops from the chests! Some wigfrid verdant pieces(unraveled since I have em already) a romantic birdcage and WX's verdant feet.
