What are some of the themes you think could be the focus of future ones? I was thinking one could have some sort of supernatural theme. Each character becomes some monster from old horror tales or urban legends. Wilson could be a vampire, Woodie could be a proper werewolf, Wendy could be a banshee, etc. Their attacks could be based around the creatures they are, instead of them having weapons (still have unique perks, though.) You'll get new in-game currency: "money" You can buy skins and stuff for money, but you only will get it once per month, so you need buy food to not die and pay bills. It will be very long event that extends understanding of survival game genre. Because they are somehow thematic. Now Ancient Gateway gives the possibility of various events. They may be portal to different worlds, such as cosmic, fairytale or medieval. Sounds delicious! Playing DST I usually was alone or in 1-2 people maximum. Now I meet a lot of new people and I have fun! I believe that Klei will not cease only 1-2 events. ItsPizzaTime Posted November 12, 2017 Share Posted November 12, 2017 Having a labyrinth mode where we explore multiple RNG generated floors full of monsters and treasures, somewhat similar to whats available in the current Forge game-mode to prepare for a fight with a boss in the end would be pretty cool. If they added in the current survival mechanics (hunger, sanity) with food and maybe even potion-like ingredients from mobs, gathering nodes, and such to make neat buffs/heals would be pretty interesting. Hallowed Nights imitates animals found in the biomes, and you don't get additional powers as them. These could be actual transformations into classic horror story monsters.
