I've been waiting to see her backstory, for a while I've been suspecting Wagstaff as the real bad guy. So I've been waiting for other character update, to try and see if it's true. Maybe he took the book from Wickerbottom's library. Then lost it in the train where Maxwell found it. How else would she know so much about the constant. But we won't know untill they confirm that.

Willow is another character I'm curious about, I know they added Burny as a last minute thing. But I wonder if that's why she got sent there. Maybe the shadows finally took Burny and Willow made a deal with Maxwell to get it back. And when they met up later he gave it back to her. That could be why she used to start random fires in the first game, that was her only difference against the shadows.

I've been waiting for that to, I have the PC version because it was on special. But can't get a PC or laptop yet. The one I have can't handle any changes including adding caves. Plus the people I play with only have a switch. I think we're still on the return of them update.

omg I just noticed the buildings cross the street in these two pics seem amazingly similar (even the plants), except the streetlights. I guess the difference represents that the stories happened at the same place but at different times? ---- so these maybe mean the characters in game are not separate but somehow associated (like the movie Cloud Atlas), and The Constant took them in intentionally instead of randomly.

60% for an alread existing mactusk to come near you doesn't seem that op to me. It's good and not op. Farming pirate raids? What are you gonna get a 60% chance to get a map after fighting a raid which will give you moon quay stuff that alread spawns everyday on that island? And deerclops will provide you with an eyeball that gives you 60 health and you need to spend a 40 health glommer goop for it and it also has only 60% chance. So how is this op?

I believe this will be one of the most impactful updates since the addition of the ocean.

I agree with you, but don't forget the "Reap What You Sow" update, that was huge and changed a whole aspect of the game

I'm excited for the new skins and Wickers short!!! Can't wait! I really hope they do something for TEIN. Even If it worked in a certain configuration it would make it miles better than it is now

I hope the twitch skin is for Wickers BeeQueeen crown!

That would either place Wanda in France when They took her, or place Wes in Albany, NY when Maxwell took him.

The only problem is wether Klei is actually looking at ideas or not. Let's not forget Wolfgang's speed.

They said they were still looking at ideas before winter break (same comment even).

But it turns out that they actually weren't, literally made the comment they were done with the character after winter break.

I mean it could have meant that they're always looking at discussions but not necessarily looking to implement any of it, which feels a little like a trick not gonna lie.

It's a bit tricky to know where the line is drawn, I mean they still want to make their own game. No one is entitled to have their idea implemented just because you got a million positive reactions. There is a give and take, being able to have this relationship with them is a privilege not a right. I'm sure if they were developing only the ideas of others it could be hard to feel motivated.

I just wish I knew what sort of thing they were looking for.

1- Klei literally stated they had no plans at all of ever returning Wolfgang’s speed, because A: He was never meant to have it. And B: They made other “Speedy” items easier to craft such as Cobblestone roads so everyone now goes vroom.

2- Pretty sure they meant they were still looking at ideas on how to improve Wolfgang that did not include speed.

3- Feedback, both positive & negative- and as of right now I’m pretty sure they’ve gathered enough feedback to know majority of the forums feel The End is Nigh sucks & could use a new burst of life put into it. Now rather or not they do anything more with it is entirely Klei’s decision: But if we are putting votes into a hat to decide if TEIN gets changes or stays as is, my votes gonna be to make it into something unique & fun.

You got a character who can summon schools of fish, blow out fires with a gust of wind, summon rain & moon cycles, but when it comes to the one ability she was most known for- She has no control over it??

I know, but this was mentioned AFTER his rework was completed. Could be the case again that they're not looking to rework the book is what I'm saying.

All I'm saying is it would be nice to know  if there's no plans to rework it, you know? Maybe the rework was in making it an ingredient for another book. This would make it so people could keep the effects of the old book in a way and have a new effect if they didn't like the old one. 

But there's no way of knowing without a dev telling us outright which is what I'm kinda hoping for hehe.

This patch we got code supporting skins for Magiluminescence Critter Den, Obelisks, Grave Stones, and Touch Stones and Cave Entrances/Exits according to Lakhnish and Hornete so probably we will just see belonging skins this patch. And probably one new skin for Wickerbottom.
