I think some should come by general experience and others for character specific tasks. That way you have to at least play with a character. I dont know how to add a poll... :T On the other hand, I love your ideas! I agree that we should get skins based on achievements. I think we should also get skins based on exp. for the character you're playing as so people need to play as every character to get their skins.
