DST crosses over with Fortnite, that gate becomes the (now finished) Gateway, the Island that is Fortnite gets Temporarily Invaded by things from the world of Dont Starve- For example: We can Reskin Raptors right now.. remove the ability to ride them and Fortnite suddenly has Terrorbeaks chasing everyone.

Release a few DST skins- Such as Charlie Herself, and Wilson.. the two Mascots for DST.. release a Hambat and Tentacle Spike Pickaxe Skin, Add a Music Track for the music of DS/DST- Let it play on the in game vehicle radios like most tracks do in Fortnite.. and Bam- Easy very freaking epic Crossover.

Meanwhile: on the DST side of things we could get skins for items in the game, such as and I’m just spitballing here- Pretty Parasol/Umbrella skins that actually took place during Fortnite Seasons- in fact the CURRENT Seasons Umbrella seems like something that would’ve fit perfectly into DST back with the Moon Quay Update. A Telecator Staff could get the “Warp Grenade/Crystal Ball” like thing. A simple change in the way the item looks but it still serves the exact same function. 

Your acting as if this would somehow ruin DST- And I’m gonna say that it would be no worse then some of the Terraria Skins that came with that Cross-Over. Banana Boomerang anyone???

I just Effortlessly Crossed DST over with Fortnite without hurting either game.

You are such a unique personality that I have trouble figuring out if this is serious or not. But no, please don't crossover with Fortnite. That is a paragon of crossovers that feel soulless and a marketing scheme rather than actual passion for other's works.

well... there's actually the G symbol from metheus puzzle in there.... the other symbols i don't recognize them hummmmmm

Well Fortnite’s main mode is a 100 player battle Royale third person shooter where you can fight solo, duo, trio or 4 person squad mode, but that’s not the ONLY THING Fortnite does- over the years it’s transcended it’s original category to become more like I guess you can say Roblox or something similar meaning that you can play Player created experiences within Fortnite that can be ANY Genre of game, from racing, to puzzle solving, to full on RPGs with quests, to Survival Sandbox & Platform Jumping Sonic the Hedgehog like Deathruns..

I mean I genuinely do not understand peoples hatred with the game, sure players may be annoying or toxic- but that’s why there’s a in game button to mute player Audio.

And it’s had crossovers with many popular movies, video games, anime shows, music artists, and comic books.

I’m honestly surprised that there HASN’T been a crossover with the DS franchise yet.

this isn’t the ONLY time I felt Fortnite could’ve lead into a DS crossover, the Season prior to this one actually had THIS Moon Related Puzzle.

I just want to know why Klei don't make a crossover update with own games. Just like Alchemy Pod skin from ONI. We can have more skins from ONI, Griftlands, Hot lava or future Rotwood. Now we only have one loyal item for every game.

The skins are nice, but when it comes to full crossover updates, crossovers with games made by different people are going to get both of the games more attention, so there's more benefit to it.

Not only that.. but if Klei received at least a small portion of profit from each sale of something like a Wilson & Hambat skin in Fortnite or a DS themed Car Livery in Rocket League: Then they could in turn use that profit to provide us with bigger, better, higher quality DLCs or even at some point: Help fund a full fledge DS 2 sequel.

Cross-Overs with other companies are beneficial in this way. As it attracts a larger audience & helps drive sales.

If Batman can cross over with Fortnite & Rocket League, I’m pretty sure DST could just as Easily. 

You may be thinking “but dude.. Rocket League is a Car Soccer Game that has no connection at all to Dont starve!” And that is absolutely the wrong way to go about thinking about it…

They can create a soccer arena that’s themed in DSTs Constant, add cute liveries from DST for a few vehicles.. and in turn add a Rocket League Car as a useless trinket you can trade with pig king in DST and BOTH games get recognition..

Just to prove a point has anyone ever heard of Monster Jam? (Not space jam..) or Looney Tunes? What does a cartoon featuring Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck or Tasmanian Devil have anything at all to do with Monster Trucks?

Nothing at all… however- design a monster truck to look like a popular recognizable looney tune character and it gets people who are interested in looney tunes to check out monster trucks, or vice Versa.

Put that monster truck in a game like hot wheels unleashed and you promote Monster Jam, Looney Tunes, and Hot Wheels all with one product.

While I hate the gameplay of Terraria… the DST crossover with it DID get me to download the game and check it out, if for nothing else… but to see the DST stuff in the other game. & while I still couldn’t get into that particular game-

The things it added to DST are things I now could not picture DST without! Eye of Terror is one of my favorite bosses, the eye mask is one of my favorite armors, the Peeper pet den critter is beyond cute, and some of the skins (such as mad scientist lab alchemy engine) are things I could not live without today.

I'd imagine Dead Cells would be a great game to crossover with. If not now, then in the future. It has already added stuff from like 10 other games in a 'bite-sized'-manner before. 

And both dc and dst have plenty of weapons that'd make a great addition to the other game. Dst's hambat could work as a decent enough weapon that you can eat, instead of recycling, to heal. And dc's vorpan could act as a tentacle spike that you can bulk-cook with over a campfire. Place a stack of green caps into the pan's inventory, place the pan over a campfire and after 2 seconds you have a stack of cooked green caps.

For all the uncompromising fanatics out there, the crossover should be from noita. You make it to winter and you think you're safe from any combustion, but suddenly, a propane tank emerges and you explode and it destroys your entire run.

Actually.. there’s symbols on the backside of it too  

But.. you shouldn’t worry, I’m 98% certain the actual cross-over is going to be with some weird game I’ve never heard of called Cult of the Lamb.

I’m just praying we don’t get some cutesy looking Lamb new playable character
