[Game Update] - 481207

  • Developer
  • Fixed a bug where Freeze Rounds would crash the server when extinguishing a fire
  • Fixed a bug causing flying creatures in the caves to ignore the world collision after waking up from sleep.
  • Fixed the character stuttering while hopping on or off a boat while lag compensation is enabled.
  • Fixed a movement speed bug when amphibious creatures are in the water and fail to jump onto a boat.
  • Fixed a save/load issue with the Fire Staff and Ice Staff projectiles
  • Knobby trees no longer become Treeguards.
  • Structures can now be built on the flooring of the Distilled Knowledge puzzle.
  • Mod bug fix: The Ancient Guardian’s StateGraph’s name no longer conflicts with the Clockwork Rook’s StateGraph.

A actual Knobby Tree variant of a Treeguard would be pretty scary.

they used to become evergreen treeguards that walked on water, it was a bug.

it's not like ALL types of trees turn into treeguards anyway

Honestly, I feel like they should add more types of treegaurds. There was cool art on a Lunar treeguard and I can imagine a submerged one that likes to spit water or something. Bringing new variants of an old untouched mob would be great.

I would honestly love some more variety in the lunar horrors we could encounter, I made this mock-up lunar treeguard a few years back with the idea that the moon could alter the flora of the constant. :eek-new:

It'd just be really sweet to see what else they could do as the moon's influence grows.
