[Empirical testing suggests that no sleet wheat will spawn.] Living without gold(/and without supercoolant) seems fine to me, but living without sleet wheat not really ... (So is my only hope on sleet wheat finding an ice planet ?) Some Rime asteroids will have and some won't. abud Posted July 28, 2019 Share Posted July 28, 2019 It is newly generated or old @Lilalaunekuh? I check current wordgen generate them, but I don't have files from earlier Rime so not sure. Some little changes along the way here and there might changed it. My rime generated while we still have self planting power. I've seen them a couple of time now. With the exception of the forest biomes, which get everything normally, unless they've changed it. chemie Posted July 28, 2019 Share Posted July 28, 2019 Does the portal have wheat as a care package? Looking at food, wheat is so much better than everything else. Pepper bread is one step cooking while other options are 2 or 3 cooking steps for same or worse quality. Beans are so much more worse than wheat. Without wheat, meat/fish seem the next best so I guess it is ranching now. FYI Dasha Saltvine Seed can be found at Salty Dwarf, which is not guaranteed. Assuming you do not use the exploit that prevents a substance changing state in a pipe/vent while below a certain packet size. There doesn't seem to be any substances that you can pass through a regulator or aquatunner that will be cold enough to condense hydrogen other than supercoolant. Everything else is solid at -252 C. It is certainly possible to make L-H2 without Supercoolant, however, it is dramatically more difficult to engineer a construct to manufacture or store it, and takes an epic period of time by comparison.
