Well first we know that Winona clearly knows who Charlie is considering that one of her likes are

"Ha! I know all of your moves, Charlie!"

And considering the fact that she's more of a worker type she might've come from a factory.

Well....yes,is her sister.
Anyway I didn't know that thing of the radio, pretty curious that the founder Robert Wagstaff name start with a "W"....

Well, she's kinda Charlie's sister... And I believe she does have quotes about production lines and factories?

A few more quotes of note, which I've filed under categories (Note: "leaked version" refers to the quotes that appear in her leaked speech file back in March 2017, while "official version" is what's in her quotes right now. If it's unmarked, then the two versions match up).

Arrival at the Constant

Gift- "My presence is a gift. Ha."

Home- "They say you can't go home again."

Past job as a (coal) miner

Pickaxe (leaked version)- "I don't do that anymore."

Miner Hat- "I put that behind me."

Guano Turf (leaked version)- "That's a chunk of coal mine."

Canary (normal)- "That brings back memories."

Canary (held, leaked version)- "You wanna come mine some coal with me?"

Factory experience

Bigfoot- "At least it doesn't have steel-toed workboots!"

Tail o' Three Cats- "The preferred tool of the foreman."

Ewecus- "Looks like the old foreman. Ha!"

Voxola, specifically

Divining Rod base (rod placed, unlocked, leaked version)- "Is... this how the bossman disappeared?"

Charlie

Mandrake (active mob)- "This is exactly what having a little sister's like."

Fire Pit (out)- "My sister was afraid of the dark."

Shadow Atrium (leaked version)- "She used to have such a big heart."

Rose (official version)- "Not sure how to feel about that..."

Marble Statue (Tragedy, official version)- "We thought she was gone..."

Abigail (failed revival)- "No one should ever lose a sister."

winona kept charlie's toys when they were kids and charlie couldn't do anything because of winona's physical strength

charlie knew about the DS world, the nightmare creatures, and their powers, so she deliberately went to become maxwell's assistant

one day charlie rigged waxmell's book to take them to the DS world on purpose, knowing how powerful she'll get there

when she gains full control of the DS world by taking the throne from maxwell and wilson, she's near the final steps of her ultimate goal

fueled by the desire for revenge, charlie pulls in her own sister, winona, where she's completely helpless from charlie's power

finally the tables have turned, treat your little siblings well

Winona is seen through the Atrium Gate at the end of Metheus.

My guess:
The survivors fight Fuely.
Atrium Gate activates.
Running away.
Winona happens upon one of the connected dimensional gates at the same time, accidentally comes to DST world. Maybe meets up with survivors (her lore at that point is unclear).
Survivors realize that they can use the Gate to go back, start experimenting with it to try and connect to a gate to their world (like what Win used).
Forge happens.

Something like that.
I think the Florid Postern quote just refers to how they can't return to the previously visited DST world.

Another two VERY interesting quotes from the leaked speech files:

Wooden Thing (generic)- "That gadget has my name on it."

Divining Rod (start, before being picked up from its base)- "I'm probably one of the few left that knows how to use these."

As well as one official quote:

Divining Rod Base (generic)- "Just like in the bossman's workshop."

Technically, it's Maxwell's name (or "makswell"), but I guess Winona can't read Elder Futhark (not many people can, without a translator). So I'm assuming she put her signature somewhere not easily seen.

As for the other stuff, I think the overall trend points to the fact that Wagstaff helped Maxwell (knowingly or obliviously, or some combination of the two) with a lot of the Adventure Mode items, and it seems that Winona assisted him with it somewhat. She understands certain parts of it, but is confused by others (most obviously its presence in The Constant). Long story short, Voxola is more important to the lore than just the radios.

The fire-related quotes suggest Winona lost something significant that night (if she's referring to the Voxola fire and not something else). This could be either the inventions mentioned above or Wagstaff ("Voxola founder Robert Wagstaff went missing the night of the fire"), as far as I know.

Hmm.  She definitely also worked in a factory/on a production line, 'cos I remember seeing multiple quotes about that. Heck, she even thinks of adorable fluffy kitties as utilitarian!  ("She'll keep the rats out of the factory.") This one is interesting to me,'cos I could've sworn that when I had her examine a pet before, said "I'm gonna spoil you rotten."

She could've easily worked in a coal mine and THEN a factory; and considering the factory fire happened really recently in the Don't Starve timeline, that would be the second job of the two.

There's also some fun quotes in the Hallowed Night's candy--for example, with the candied lice (Iseewhatyoudidthere) she's like "Hey,everybody!  Watch me eat these bugs!" and on another one, she says something about "Gross" in a "cool!" kind of tone. Which tells me that her childhood relationship with Charlie might've included big-brother type stuff like showing her bugs or opening her mouth at Charlie with chewed food in it,etc. just to see her go "EEEEWWW!  MOOOOOOOMMMM!"

So I dunno about directly bullying with strength, but teasing and annoying, definitely.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm actually playing as Winona in my current game, and it's just about time to introduce Deerclops to my ever-industrious little friends--TONS OF KILLER BEES!. Mwahaha.

...Notorious

I beg to differ, but that claim seems to be a bit of a stretch. I too think Winona could have had more mechanics, both positive and negative, but at the same time she isn't genuinely broken in any aspect. Her "counterpart", Wilson, isn't any more complicated than her and he is accepted as a standard character.

If you had a linear distribution of characters by mechanical strength both Wilson and Winona would be in the bottom quarter in DST, along with Willow and Wes.

Wilson is generally perceived as the “standard” or “average” by the community but overwhelmingly most of the characters who have perks have more significant perks than they have weaknesses.

It would be entirely fair to say that Wilson is the second-weakest character in the game after Wes due to:

1) How long his beard takes to grow

2) Winter being less than 1/4 a year, and the only time the insulation bonus is helpful

3) The limited value of and easily attainable alternative sources of beard hair.  (Wilson generates only 10 beard hair from the start of fall to the start of spring, it’s very easy to get more than that from a day hunting beardlings and especially if you have beardlords.)

I like Wilson but he has no unique and useful strategies nor any advantage for standard strategies.  Even as a character for new players he has some fundamental problems because he loses his beard on death.  (As opposed to other newbie-oriented characters like Winona and Willow whose perks are especially (one could almost say exclusively) useful for new players.

You’re 100% right about the perception in the community but the reality is that Wilson is weaker mechanically than 75-92% of the other characters with a perk that has very little player interaction except shaving every 2.5 hours.

So last vid we have is hidden final video from metheus puzzle, rose - charlie. Somehow winona arrival doesnt explained. Maybe we should wait , since klei was busy with forge and soon hamlet.

The last video would technically be the forge trailer.

Yup, the trailer timeline is "What lies beyond" and "Forge".

Hamlet is probably during Maxwell's reign so the single player/DLC timeline is still different from the New Reign/DST timeline.

Exactly because of that Wilson is a standard or average character, he is the one that gives the closest vanilla DS/DST experience, the others make the game easier by reducing task or adding items that improve a certain aspect of the game (Wolfgang, Winona), or harder (Wes).
