Kate had followed Syndir and Famen inside, Kade quickly picking up the black goo lumps before following suit. She didn't understand why they seemed upset, and worriedly looked at them both.

Dragon had been watching these events with the new creature on the ship unfold while still laying on her back when the yellow dressed humans person came up to her and started repeatedly moving his hand over her scales. She didn't understand this motion, but... it actually felt kinda nice. Wh-what?! Why was her leg involuntarily twitching?!? WHAT IS THIS SORCERY?!?!?

"Ohh, wings you have! If you would... not mind, can I have a closer look at them?" Viridis asked Silven. She also felt something tickling her leg. She started laughing a little bit, and looked down at crab trying to climb it. "Hehehe, stop it! That feels strange." She carefully picked it up with her claws, and after staring at it for a few moments, she put it on her head right next to her flower.

"Of course you can! Observation of creature to gather information is one of my favorite past time, take as much time as you need!" Silven said as he spread one of his wings out for Markless Viridis to look at, happy that one had an interest in information.

(Don't do it Viridis! It is pure evil!)

Everything was calm, well except for the storm outside which everybody on the boat was just hanging out it, but still it was calm. It might be the best time for Noctimus to try and talk to Ma.

Wiffleball heard a small squeaky voice in his head.

"hello!"

Trevor wondered what else he could do to please the dragon. Perhaps a present? Nothing really here seemed present worthy... Ahah! Trevor stretched his arm out  and grabbed the strange doll without pausing the petting. He presented to the dragon with one of his hands, and continued to pet with the other.

(The doll I am referring to is the one from the coffin, just to let you know)

"Yes, but I can't fly forever as they can get tired and stop functioning properly until rested. Not too fragile as they can take a bit of a beating unless of course they are torn, if that is it I must go to the chemical facility to have them patch up. Of course I could let them heal naturally but that would take quiet a while and the tear might get bigger," Silven said as he watch Markless Viridis poke one of his wings. He though himself the happy as another creature was to have questions of the unknown and crave knowledge as he did! But he didn't know if the other was the happy, maybe it was the sad? Couldn't be angry. Was a hug mandatory here? He wasn't sure anymore.

(Well, that took longer than expected.)

Meritursas nods.  "Very well.  There are multiple Tursai species; each one has a Valtisas and an Aitivalku, a father and a mother, whom sire all the members of that species.  I have already discussed this, and have no interest in talking about it again."

Spoiler

"Every race's reproduction is different.  Some have hundreds of children at a time, others only have a few throughout their whole lives.  Similarly, they all have different methods of rearing their young.  I will use my childhood as an example, as it is the only method I know of for certain."

Spoiler

(Rep to whoever can correctly spot Baby Meritursas.)

mom of the year.png

"For most Tursai, the Aitivalku serves as our single parent and protector.  My species spends most of their time hunting and roaming, and the two mates are often separated.  For this reason, it was her job alone to defend the pod of 17 I was born into.  But my mother was not unprepared for this task, as the Valtisas and Aitivalku are the strongest of our race, and mine kept a watchful eye over us."

Spoiler

"From what I know of the other Aitivalkus, their methods of raising children are...brutal.  Punishments range from laceration, amputation, and evisceration.  Often, the larvae must fight and kill for food, the mother's respect, and their lives; often against their siblings.  It would seem, however, that my Aitivalku was more...mild.  She gave us all enough food, protected us from eachother, and ensured we would all reach adulthood."

"Fascinating! Chem-ical... facility? What might... that behold? How does it heal... your wings...?" Viridis noticed she was asking alot of questions. She felt pretty akward all of a sudden. "Uh... excuse my curiosity." she said as she took a step back, balancing her head so that crab didn't fall off it.

(He pretty much never had a growth spurt; that's the same size he is now.)

(You can kinda see why he has such a problem with his size.)

(Also, my non-canon name for Meri's Aitivalku is "Mommytursas".  Because talent.)

Silven quickly wrote down what the Markless Tursai of huge origin said then replied to Markless Viridis "You have no need to want to be excused for curiosity! For if you don't question how will you not know? The Chemical factory is just a name I call it since what it's actually call is a bit hard to pronounce for me. It is the place where every chemical we need to be born, healed, and even horrible maimed or killed is at. If I were to get a tear in my wing I would go there and they would strap me down to a table to make sure I don't move then they would pull my wing out to the full extent and put clamps around the edges. They would take a chemical sample from my body to deduce what chemicals are needed in the healing process. After they get the chemicals they would slowly pour it on my wing and the most likely situation is I experience horrible agony and try everything to get away. The chemical would heal up my tear then I would be put in a cell for any side effects. Once they have proclaimed me to be fully healed I would leave and my wing would be healed!"

Silvan look at Markless Tursai of huge origin "Yes, I would like to know what is the common lifespan is and is your lifespan split into stages. Is it by the way of newborn, adolescent, adult, and senior? What stage are you in? And what is the typical age one would die?"
