I've seen some survival movies where people get stuck on islands on their own and start to get insane until they're rescued some way, so having Don't starve strory's movie would be a SENSATION! I was thinking that they should as soon as I saw Wilson's door for some reason. But this should only be done once the story is told because it would just wreck everything. But to make it a good movie I think thw characters should have voices instead of being tuned by instruments and having the words they say written like subtitles or something.Like my post if you agree with me. But there is one thing that would NOT work; the name Don't starve. Story needs a different title. The name for the game fits but it wouldn't fit for the movie. If not a movie, this game and the complexity of its story should definitely warrant an anime/animated series. When Tim Burton shows up at a convention of some kind(ANY KIND) we need someone to literally shower him with Don't Starve merchandise and fan art to the point where he cannot take it anymore and makes a Don't Starve movie. But would the story be that long to have at least 10 minute episodes each and at least 5 episodes in one season? Idk about that.And I just went insane with all this: I'm thinking "Let's splash Don't starve all over the place" we have the collectables and teddy chester toy, The game itself, a DLC, Someone's working on multiplayer, people making mods, puzzles, stories and now we're discussing movie or series or something. One is because you simply can't properly fit all the awesomeness of Don't Starve into a 2 hour film. You gotta spread it out. Every-time I see an animation in a trailer its just so fun to watch.I bet the shorts would take some $ to produce, so I'm sure Klei would want some sort of compensation.At least with the figures they can be sold, shorts seem hard to sell.
