I've been unable to find this or the item's description in the strings.pot files. Also, it's been a while since the last update. Would you mind disabling all your mods and try to find it again? I have the dim feeling that a modder with a weird sense of humour did this. (Or just tried something out and forgot to delete it afterwards. Who knows.)
