minespatch
What exactly started the practice of verb doodles? Is... Is Wilson furiously petting and glaring at the viewer at the same time?

Is Wilson furiously petting and glaring at the viewer at the same time? I think my drawings are pretty stiff so I thought I should do doodles of random verbs as an exercise to get better about that. Yes.
ImpactedTooth
The recent Thursday stream reminded me of this ancient goofy rough wilson walk cycle I did when I was learning to do walk cycles in maya. Spoilered the gifs because having multiples going at once is irritating. Spoiler I re-did it with what I know now and made it into a disgruntled march. Spoiler I really like this. Maybe I'll finish it. The Wilson I did along with the stream ended up looking like he has a limp. I think I messed up his leg lengths. Spoiler I also came across this old grotesque digital painting of Maxwell I never finished. But the premise still makes me smile so I thought I'd post it anyway. This art style wouldn't look out of place from Doug Tennapiel's Neverhood. Wouldn't make a bad stop motion concept art.

ImpactedTooth
I'm feeling bad and anxious for missing last week so here is a doodle dump. Verb doodles I abandoned back in Feb. Something I liked better in my head. Doodles to figure out how to draw Wilba.
minespatch
Maxwell can now pretend he's a mummy. Very organic Wilba poses. I like the one of her jumping the best.

I like the way you show their interactions. 2)I feel that one of them will be a raft! 3)Cute. Wilba is so cool princess) Edited March 21, 2019 by Russian Philin
DragonMage156
It looks like you make Wilba's hair pose with her current emotion. Really cute idea that makes her more expressive ^_^ Also the 3D render of Mumsy looks cool so far!

ImpactedTooth
I've been sick and my arm/hand is painful when I draw so here is an anemic doodle dump. I really hope the pain goes away soon as I really hate it. I really liked Phillin's idea of a human raft. Gotta gorge on Glommer goop. Super scritchy scientists. 7
minespatch
It seems we both write Maxwell as the spoiled roommate from Hell.

ImpactedTooth
Spoilered because I guess it is kind of shippy. I wanted to use sketchbook's paintbrushes for something gloomy. It was relaxing but I think I smudged the brush strokes together too much. Spoiler 3
minespatch
Not really shippy, it's understandable why they would be inside. Wouldn't look out of place in TheBlob's "Shipwrecked" comic. Is MAxwell fine with his suit being wet?

ImpactedTooth
More doodles from ideas I never finished. Wilson caught stealing berries. I hate the ice cream trucks in my area so I wanted to torture Maxwell with one. I couldn't figure out how to make Charlie fit in the truck and not look horrible, also I started thinking too much about how Ice-cream trucks weren't a thing until the 20's and decided to scrap it. The truck makes me laugh though. Miscellaneous doodles. I missed a week in April somehow so here some shippy doodle stuff I've been too chicken to post for ages as penance. Spoiler General shippy doodles I cut out from other doodle posts. A surprise glomp I thought was cute. Stupid sexy Flanders joke comic I wanted to do but never finished. I can't bring myself to draw a stupid sexy Krampwell. But I like Wilson's thinking/realization faces in it. On the subject of Simpsons references here is a doodle Willow with a flamethrower a la Scorpio thanks to today's stream. 4

Though I suppose Wilson doesn't even think about how his Piggsbury skin is just a skirt with bare skin/crotch area.

ImpactedTooth
A speed sculpt bust of un-corrupt Wortox. I thought it was a little plain so using it as a base I did another speed sculpt for a corrupted Wortox. I wanted to try to push it into a very different style.
minespatch
Wow! They're both excellent! The uncorrupted Wortox has a goat like look while regular Wortox has more of a sheepdog look.
