I think you posted this in the wrong section, pal. But I can summon someone that can fix this for you. *Ahem*

*Goes insane slightly so those nightwatcher-thingies start to show up.* @ImDaMisterL?

I would have to go with the Dragonfly, though. I die the most to her.

(Thanks for that btw, if you ever see a misplaced thread be sure to tag me and I'll move it!)

Toadstool, aside from his stomp attack seems to be pretty much a giant pinata with a huge amount of health. Bee queen has some decently difficult mechanics to keep you kind of on the edge, but her mechanics become a bit cranky and easily avoidable with multiple people and become fairly easy, plus she's just more tanking if even with her new mechanics if you're playing with multiple players. Dragonfly, again very tanky, although the difficulty increases with rage mode as her attacks become deadlier (another attack + more damage) and with smaller delays.

It's a bit sad that the hardest bosses in the game just require a bunch of whacking all the time and barely any dodging. Perhaps if their attacks are advanced as opposed to them having ginormous health could put players on the edge during fights? Because really, with enough prep the tension is taken away completely.

One of the reasons I don't really like combat being so simple for literally everything and why I think being able to jump, leap and duck while enemy attacks become deadlier and there's more types of them would increase the tension during each fight, making you a bit reluctant to fight them. And if Dragonfly becomes a seasonal boss, gets out of her base and goes after one player/a group of players during one time of the season, this would make the game very intense :p (given her attacks are different when roaming outside, since there would be no magma pools for lavae). With toadstool, the same but in caves, while bee queen could act like a guardian for bee hives or bees themselves (if you destroy too many hives surrounding the giant bee hive in a certain area or catch/kill too many bees from the said bee hives. OF course, they would need to be renewable), similarly to tree guards.

I am getting carried away with ideas, aren't I? Well, I just want to keep up the discussion with the giants as I find them to just be something you need a lot of prep for and take a long time to beat the same old way, without any tension unless you're under-prepared. Which imho sucks :(

Wat? In my experience, they're like the epitome of easy. Tier 1 can be easily tanked to death, tier 2 is like your typical tree guard and tier 3 is just something you need a few helmets for. Really; with just a few pieces of armour and a few healing items (may be even none) you can win the fight very easily with just 3 people.

So by ranking, which would be the more difficult enemy for you on the list? (jk)

You obviously have not fought them on a chess board before...

Bee Queen is the hardest because she kites(while you can't dodge), its a tank and spank fight where you have to chase the boss to be able to hit it back rather than just be hit, she doesn't stop spawning her bees, and then there's the slowing honey. The issue is that the drop is so useless when this is the thing you get it from, and the Queen herself doesn't really have that interesting mechnics.

Toad is the best imo. It's tough and rewarding if you know what to do and having a clueless noob on the team will hurt everyone so you actually need to sync everyone. Not to mention...it's a raid boss that makes you dodge(Where's Dfly is just stand in place and fight and Queen Bee is try to run to hit her while she keeps hitting you), and has at least 3 unique mechanics which also feel unique. It's drops are meh compared to the effort, yes, but it's just a really fun fight and the drops are nice to have.

Why does this list not cover birknut treeguards?!

Srsly, those are the most obnoxious things, mainly because there's so many at once. And unlike pine Treeguards, they can't be easily kited.

Birchguards are the bane of my existance.

Bee Queen is by far the hardest of the of the bosses right now. You can't even tank and spank.

Shadow Bosses seem Hard as Hell but i think its just a matter of armor and healing for you to do the level 3. I died yesterday to them because i forgot to equip armor and got one shot by Rook Level 2 LOL. But just seems more of preparation to tank and spank than anything else.

But Bee Queen, makes you constantly move, makes you need to kill those bees so you dont get stunlock all the time, have the freacking slow glue, all of this makes the fight extent, makes you heal a lot and use a lot of armor and weapons. Overall i love Bee Queen fight now and i just can't for that Hat to be a big reward!!

Toadstool is scary, he does a lot of damage and one small fail can doom you, but once you know the mechanics it's easy. I tell you this, took us more time, healing and armor (4 people) to kill Bee Queen with 22k than the Toadstool with 52k (were only one used healing, and barely no armor was used)

Hi Glhrmzz i actually saw your youtube videos and I am surprised you looked at my post. Now i think Bee queen is pretty cool but I'm not sure if i agree with you that bee queen is the hardest boss. Someone fought toadstool with over forty Bunnymen (With most of them having football helmets) And still all the bunnymen died. at least he survived though. also, i saw you fight the ancient guardian with barely any armor. But it may be true that the bee queen is the thoughest boss anyways thanks for checking out my post and I hope you enjoyed it.

Thanks,

Pretty sure that was the original toadstool which worked differently.

A lot of people is saying that bee queen is the hardest boss,so maybe i should write over here what i did to kill her alone easily and without many bee stings on my face.

Bunnymen,LOTS and LOTS of bunnymen, and maybe a bit more.

They'll take care of attacking bee queen while you dodge the guardians, and when they sprint simply run around with a cane and you'll be fine.

It took me around 20 houses the first time i did it,but i saw on some patch that they fixed her targeting so probably you'll need around 40,or running around waiting for them to respawn, also obiously armors, you can simply use beekeepers's hats too and marble suits are really nice for the first levels where there aren't many grumble bees.

Also with just one more friend the battle will become super easy, specially if it is a strong character(Wolfgang/Wigfrid)
