If there's something unique going on (like the flower picking part) it'll be talked about as its discovered. As long as the image in the OP stays updated it shouldn't be that hard for new comers to figure out what's going on, unless they want to know the process behind how this stuff is being found. Give that a try and see what happens as I'm at work and can't play. I Tried , with Garland/Without with the Book on the side, in the day and in the dusk, with low Sanity (13) when you pick as AnonymousKoala said it gives petals and not the Rose.
