I think that the portal just appeared to drop him off and disappeared (thou it makes more sense the moon to be a portal - meteors are falling from there with moon rocks .) I think the portal just appeared in the air, also I don't think the moon is that close to the earth... As for the time in the comic people keep posting about I think it's just how the comic was posted in IRL days. day1 was the day I originally discovered the puzzle, day2 was when it updated and so on, as for day4_2 and day4_3 those were steps in the puzzle. So when we typed in Infirmus we get day4_2 and when we clicked the flowers we got day 4_3.
