It was a massive, dank cavern of red flesh, the only light for the poor Noctimi being a pillar of light enveloping the Noctimi, a sacred lamb in a nightmarish abyss. The poor Noctimi heard a series of growlings, and groanings. Multiple shadowed figures closed in on the pillar of light. But stopped when the all-too familiar horn blew. Astride a badly mutilated hound, rode a prime ape, covered in red, fleshy tendrils, that entered his left eye. It looked condescendingly down on the scared and whimpering Noctimi, and shook its head. "Such an innocent and scared souls screech... Yet even the loudest beast in these depths is as silent to the outside world as the rest of us... Fear not, innocent creature, for we shall spare you the madness of these depths... Now hold still, small one... We are very hungry... And would hate to be forced to look innocence in the eye as we slay it..." The horde of figures closed in, making the growls of starved beasts. As they were exposed to the light, the Noctimi could see they were all manor of creatures. Pigs, Merms, Humans, animals twisted into upright positions... All of them ruptured, all of them scarred, and maimed. All had the red tendrils wrapped around them. Some only had a few protruding from their body, others were completely enveloped, groaning in... Almost boredom. Was someone calling for help? He looked around, searching for the source of the voice, but had no idea where it could have originated from. Gyx ripped off his tattered loincloth, and let out an eldrict screech that chilled even Meritursas to their core. Then it all started to flow. His screech continued, as seawater shot out from his rear as if he were a power hose, spraying all over the boat. Then, large strands of seaweed blew out, some long as Meritursas, trailing out his rear. And it was all going to get worst... MenaAthena Posted April 5, 2016 Share Posted April 5, 2016 Unfortunately, Kate ended up getting trapped inside GIANT NOCTIMUS as he fused together and she was suffocated to death. All the Noctimi surrounding Kate had blocked her already limited vision and most of the water, so she was left lying on the deck, completely dumbfounded as to what happened and what was going on. ~~~~ The combination of Gyx's screech, being suddenly hit by a blast of water, and seaweed covering her eyes greatly startled and disoriented the dragon. She roared and swung around blindly, clawing at her face in a desperate attempt to dislodge the seaweed. Her roars translated as something akin to "WHAT?! WHAT!? WHAT?! WHAT!? WHAT?! WHAT!? WHAT?!
