But you know what, I think we've had enough action/drama for now, so I'll make the shadows go away. For now. But bigger ones will come if her sanity isn't taken care of.) A few of the shadow creatures slid off the boat as it was lifted, being left behind on the island, and the rest of them dissolved in the sea water. The potato thing is covered in strange wires, which seem to link up to a bunch of flashing blue lights. The faint sound of rapid electrical snapping can be heard humming out of the object. All in all, the thing looks like a giant brain. Famen notices a seam running right down the middle. When Famen sets the grassy stick thing down on the table, it suddenly flips over, the tip of the long part sealing almost magnetically to the surface of the table. A small crank pops out of the end sticking up into the air. (I know nothing was said about a table. Zeklo Posted April 4, 2016 Share Posted April 4, 2016 (Thanks for the ref) Syndir had been mindlessly resting when suddenly a loud sound shook him to his very core, "GWAAAAAAH!?!" He immediately shot to his feet and scanned the surrounding area, and noticed the wounded Kate for the very first time. How long had he just stood by resting while his goddess was in pain? How had he even managed to!? He would surely feel her wrath for such insolence... He may have been startled by the sound, but Syndir couldn't be bothered by its source—nothing else mattered right now. He retrieved his cloak and ran up to her, already tearing off a thin piece of cloth. He hesitated realizing the potential harm the drenched shred could cause. While the salt from the sea water would help to a degree, there was the potential for making things worse with bacteria. What could he do?
