I think everyone is making their way to the main island via stepping stones. He arrived to the place of interest, seeing a red trespasser on the island with a human and monster. "WHO YOU? WHY YOU HERE?" As you can see, he's very polite. This was a strange sight; a weird house about the size of a porta-potty in the middle of nowhere. Maybe whoever was here had seen Wiffleball pass by. She knocked on the door.
