As a hobby? Out of their free time, not as a job, but as a fun project for the community? Give these people a break, they don't owe anyone anything. Now we're back, the thing is that we want the mod to be perfect and although it may require more time we prefer a better and sharper mod than a simple and crappy on ! Go big or go home !
