WHERE IS CHESTER?!?!?!?!?

Just happened yesterday- it's midsummer and I'm out exploring, and the dragonfly spawns. I run away a bit, deciding how I'm going to kill it, when my poor brave Chester gets too close.  Dragonfly murders him brutally and with extreme prejudice.  Like Chester had offended him in some way.  Angry firey death.  I'm about ready to go in and avenge my Chester when I remember he was carrying my gunpowder.  A stack of nearly 20.  And the dragonfly deals out firey death.  THAT'S what that burning thing is among the pile of my stuff Chester dropped.  And I'm far enough away that the dragonfly isn't chasing me. Once he killed Chester he decided this was a good time to stand PERFECTLY STILL. BOOM.  Saved me a use of my panflute.  I was a little annoyed by the waste of gunpowder, cuz there was way more than needed to kill him.  But other than that the only thing I lost was a stack of beefalo wool that burned, which I replaced that winter anyways when Deerclops spawned in an open grassland with about five different, HUGE (100 days+) beefalo herds that were all in heat. The carnage there was impressive.

Pyrrhic Chester, we will miss you and never forget your sacrifice! *Sniff*

Is it wrong I want him to do it again?

In general, the sounds that Pengulls make always make me chuckle. I know some people hate those guys with a passion but I still find them entertaining. Same goes for the baa-aa-aaing sound Volt Goats make.

The sound Catcoons make when they spit up a hairball is always pretty comedic, just the last hurking sound they make sounds too close to human, which is weird in a game where all the humans are voiced by instruments.

Glommer's buzzing is more cute than funny but either way it's one of those things that always makes me smile.

Of all the character quotes, one of my favorites is when WX-78 examines a sleeping beefalo and bluntly states, "IT BEGS TO BE TIPPED OVER" Just one of many reasons why I love WX.
